Todays HAProxy Router Pod outage was caused by the Red Hat Bug RHBZ#1433303 where the Network Manager eats all available memory. The fix is implemented and according to Red Hat should be released mid of April 2017: The bug is fixed in 7.3 z-stream (bug 1436650) and the package will be part of batch 4 scheduled by mid of April 2017. We did not get an Errate update until now. As soon as it arrives, we'll update all Network Manager packages.
