App Router Network is currently degraded

Our network is currently degraded. We're investigating the issue and are working on recovering the service as fast as possible

Update 15:07: We've identified the problem and are investigating it. Services should start to recover now. Update 15:20: The situation has been stable so far, we're observing the network.

Final Update: Our mitigation implemented has been working cleanly and we think we're in the clear. We will continue to observe the network performance and continue to iterate and improve the service. We will provide more resources to the application router tomorrow to further improve operation stability.
